1 Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our online booking system and the provision of training services. By using our platform and booking a training course, you agree to comply with all terms outlined herein.
2 About Vaad Training Academy
Vaad Training Academy is a training provider only. We provide professional training and certification courses through our online booking platform. We do not offer employment services, recruitment services, or any forms of job placement.
All services provided by Vaad Training Academy are for training and development purposes only.
3 Booking Requirements
3.1 Booking Confirmation
Upon completion of a booking through the Vaad Training Academy system, a confirmed booking email will be automatically sent to both the booker and the candidate. This confirmation serves as proof of registration and must be retained for record-keeping purposes.
3.2 Advance Payment
All bookings must be paid in full in advance before access to training is granted. No exceptions will be made. Payment must be completed through our authorised payment methods displayed on the Vaad Training Academy booking platform. Failure to pay in advance will result in cancellation of the booking.
3.3 Direct Booking Only
We only accept direct bookings from:
- Individual candidates booking for themselves
- Employers booking for their employees
- Authorised representatives of the candidate or employer
3.4 No Third-Party Agency Bookings
Vaad Training Academy does not accept bookings from recruitment agencies, employment agencies, or any third-party intermediaries, except when they are acting as authorised representatives of registered employers. Any booking fees charged by third parties are entirely their responsibility, and we accept no liability for such arrangements.
4 Booking Fees
The booking fee charged by Vaad Training Academy is for direct booking through our platform only. We do not permit or accept any payment of booking fees to third parties. If you have paid a booking fee to any intermediary, agent, or recruitment company, this is entirely between you and that party.
Any disputes relating to third-party fees are outside our scope and responsibility. We recommend you only book directly through the official Vaad Training Academy platform to avoid such issues.
5 Training Completion and Certifications
5.1 Certification Issuance
Certificates will be issued following successful completion of the training course. Completion requirements may vary depending on the course type and will be communicated at the time of booking.
5.2 Certificate Delivery
Certificates will be sent to the party that paid for the training (the booker). It is the responsibility of the paying party to distribute the certificate to the candidate if required. Certificates are issued electronically and sent via email to the registered contact provided at the time of booking.
5.3 Identity Verification
Identity verification will be required as part of the certification process. A valid form of identification must be provided and verified before certification can be issued. Acceptable forms of ID include a passport, driving licence, national identity card, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide valid identification will result in the withholding of certification.
6 Candidate Information
When booking a training course with Vaad Training Academy, accurate and complete information must be provided. This includes:
- Full legal name
- Email address
- Contact telephone number
- Date of birth (where required)
Vaad Training Academy is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the booker. Any certification issued will be in the name provided at the time of booking.
7 Payment and Refunds
7.1 Payment Terms
Payment in full is required at the time of booking. We accept payment via the methods displayed on our platform. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and processed successfully.
7.2 Refund Policy
Cancellations and refunds are subject to the following conditions:
7.2.1 Cancellation at Least 24 Hours in Advance
If training is cancelled via the portal at least 24 hours before the scheduled training date and time, a full refund will be issued automatically. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the online booking portal. Refunds will be processed within 14-30 working days to the original payment method.
7.2.2 Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before Training
If training is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled training date and time, a refund will only be considered if a valid reason and supporting evidence is provided. As a cancellation within this timeframe results in a lost training seat, we require:
- A clearly stated reason for the late cancellation
- Supporting documentation or evidence to substantiate the reason
Valid reasons may include medical emergencies, severe weather, or other genuine unforeseen circumstances with credible evidence. Decisions regarding refunds for late cancellations will be made at our discretion. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14-30 working days.
7.2.3 Course Cancellation by Vaad Training Academy
In the event that Vaad Training Academy cancels a course, a full refund will be issued automatically. You will be notified as soon as possible of the cancellation and given the option to apply your payment to another available course.
7.2.4 Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted to accounts@vaadtrainingacademy.co.uk. Identity verification will be required as part of the refund process to confirm the booking and payment details. Without proper verification, refund requests will not be processed.
8 Candidate Responsibilities
By booking and participating in Vaad Training Academy courses, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information during the booking process
- Attend the training at the specified date and time
- Complete all required coursework and assessments
- Comply with all conduct requirements during training
- Provide valid identification for certification verification
- Keep your booking confirmation email secure
9 Important Clarifications
9.1 We Are Not an Employment Agency
Vaad Training Academy is exclusively a training provider. We do not provide employment services, job placement, recruitment services, or any form of employment facilitation. Our training is provided for skill development and professional qualification purposes only.
9.2 No Guarantee of Employment
Completion of our training and receipt of certification does not guarantee employment or job placement. Certification demonstrates competency in the subject matter only and does not imply employment prospects or opportunities.
10 Falsification and Misuse of Company Information
Any individual or organisation found to be:
- Falsifying or misrepresenting Vaad Training Academy credentials, certificates, or company information
- Using Vaad Training Academy name or logos without authorisation
- Creating fraudulent certificates or documentation purporting to be from Vaad Training Academy
- Making false claims about being affiliated with or endorsed by Vaad Training Academy
- Engaging in any other form of fraud or misrepresentation involving our company
will be reported to the relevant authorities, including but not limited to local law enforcement, trading standards, the Insolvency Service, and any other appropriate regulatory bodies. Vaad Training Academy reserves the right to take full legal action against any party engaging in such conduct, and all costs associated with investigation and prosecution may be recovered.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaad Training Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our booking system or participation in training courses, including but not limited to loss of income, employment opportunities, or business profits.
12 Data Protection
Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for the purposes of course administration, certification, and communication. Your data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Vaad Training Academy will never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
13 Changes to Terms
Vaad Training Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to affected users where appropriate. Continued use of our booking system following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
14 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bradford, West Yorkshire, England.
